For your equestrian/western décor, I have a set of 10 cast iron horse head drawer pulls. They measure 3 ¼” x 2 ¼” with 2 mounting holes that are 1” apart and they all face to the right. They do not come with screws but any standard drawer pull/knob screw will fit. You can easily paint to match your décor.
